Some businesses donate their time and expertise to enhance The Salvation Army's programmes, making a huge difference and impact in the community. This can either be through the use of your expertise to better the lives of our clients or through the use of your skills to raise money for The Salvation Army.

OneSight Screening Clinincs

OneSight
Thanks to the support of OneSight, a not-for-profit organisation committed to eradicating the global vision care crisis, The Salvation Army is able to offer disadvantaged New Zealanders access to world-class eye care. Since launching the partnership in 2014, more than 800 eye exams and health checks have been completed with glasses prescribed when needed. In 2018, a week long programme saw mass screening clinics in Whangarei, Auckland and Hamilton enabling hundreds more people to access expert advice and support at no charge.

"The artists of our time presenting the music of all time"
The talented and generous team at Thom Productions have partnered with The Salvation Army to bring to life a creative project "Offering" to raise funds for The Salvation Army's work. Murray Thom, owner of Thom Producitons and well-known entrepreneur, is bringing together performing and visual artists to create a fundraiser for The Salvation Army. Launching in May 2019, the album and project has been a fun and creative collaboration with some of New Zealand's most iconic artists.

Crown Relocations

Crown Relocations
Embedding customer-giving within their core business has enabled Crown Relocations to donate valuable products, services and funds to support Salvation Army programmes over the past six years. In emergencies, Crown's transport fleet and partners have helped collect and move critical product to where it is needed, from nappies to Edgecumbe after the 2017 floods, through to the packing and shipping of containers to Fiji in 2016 providing critical rebuild and recovery items to communities devastated by Cyclone Winston.
